The entire region of Ladakh has some of the most fascinating treks in the Indian Western Himalayas Our treks range from 2 to 22 days. Our well trained and experienced trekking guides, expert cooks who can rustle up a gourmet meal in the middle of nowhere and our always wanting to please and help camp staff take care of all your needs on your trek. Our sturdy camp equipment is well maintained and can stand up to any adverse weather conditions which are unlikely anyway during the trek season, while providing you the best possible comforts on your trek. Depending on the route you will be accompanied either by dependable porters or sturdy pack ponies who take care of all load carrying tasks.   • DAY 01: Arrive Leh
    On your arrival at the Leh airport, you would be greeted by the Indian Rove representative and transferred to a hotel. You have got the whole day to acclimatize yourself. In the evening, you would take a walk through Leh market.
  • DAY 02: Leh - Lamayuru - Ulleytokpo
    After taking your breakfast, you will drive to Lamayuru where you would explore the Lamayuru monastery and incredible landscapes. Along the way, you have your lunch and also visit Basgo Castle. Overnight at Ulleytokpo or Alchi.
  • DAY 03: Ulleytokpo - Alchi – Leh
    You would drive back to Leh after having your breakfast. On your way back, you would visit the fabulous destinations like Indus and Zanskar River junction, Rizong Nunnery and Hall of Fame. After reaching Leh, you would take your lunch; visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Overnight at the hotel.
  • DAY 04: Leh - Khardongla Pass – Leh
    In the morning after having your breakfast, you will drive on the highest motorable road in the world to enter Nubra valley through Khardongla pass at the height of 18380 ft. Come back and have your lunch at Leh. Later visit the Leh market. Overnight at the Hotel.
  • DAY 05: Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
    After having your breakfast early in the morning, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Pangong Lake, one of the beautiful lakes in Leh. Have lunch at the camp and explore the lake and be back in Leh by evening. Overnight at the hotel.
  • DAY 06: Leh Departure
    Early in the morning, you will be taken to the airport to board the flight to continue your onward journey.

  • DAY 01: Delhi
    Arrive Delhi. Assistance on arrival, transferred to hotel . Rest of the day is a leisure to recover from the flight.
  • DAY 02: Fly Delhi - Leh
    Early this morning, you will be transferred to the domestic airport in Delhi for your trans-Himalayan flight to Leh. Upon arrival, you will be met by your Guide and transferred to your hotel. We recommend you relax and undergo minimal exertion to enable yourseles acclimatize to rarefied air of this remote region ensconced in the high himalayan plateau. Overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 03: Leh - Half day tour
    After breakfast, your guide will accompany you as you explore the ancient town of Leh on foot. After a couple of hours, return to your hotel for lunch. After lunch you are driven west to visit the Shanti Stupa, inaugurated in 1983 by H.H.Dalai Lama, the peace Pagoda, whose sides are decorated with gilt panels depicting episodes from the life of Buddha, is one of the several monuments errected around India by peace sect of Japanese Buddhists. Following that, you are driven to Sankar Monastery nestled amid the shimmering coppices & terraced fields of Barley. Sankar monestry: The Gompa (Monestry in local language), contains a formidable collection of miniature stattues of pure gold and ancient paintings(called Thangkas) also done with gold. We return to our hotel in the evening.
  • DAY 04: Leh -Hemis - Thiksey - Shey
    After breakfast, we visit the Hemis monastry, the biggest and the wealthiest in Ladakh. You walk past the Chortens and the Mani walls to enter the complex through the east gate. From Hemis, you are driven westwards to Thiksey monastry, located on a hilltop with formidable views of the Indus valley. After visiting the interiors of the monestry the tour continues to Shey the former summer palace of the King of Ladakh. Finally we drive back to Leh to our hotel.
  • DAY 05: Leh - Alchi
    After breakfast, we start our drive to Alchi, 70 kms west of Leh, south of the village of Saspol . On arrival at Uletokpo camp, we check-in and followed with lunch. After lunch, we drive back to visit Alchi village & the monestry. Alchi's large temple complex founded in the 11th century is regarded as one of the most important Buddhist centres in Ladakh and a jewel of monastic skill. You will also have an opportunity to witness villagers using primitive methods to grind the wheat along the road side. After our visit to the Alchi monastry, we drive back to our campsite.
  • DAY 06: Alchi - Lamayuru - Alchi
    After early breakfast, we drive towards west to Lamayuru.We visit the Lamayuru Monestry founded, properly called Yung-drung(Swastika) founded in the 11th centuary perched on a spur high above the valley bottom just off the main road, it is one of the most spectacularly picturesque gompas(Gompa means Monestry in local language) in central ladakh, as it descends from the Fa-tula to KhalatsesetLamayuru, properly called Yung-drung(Swastika) is believed to be the oldest in central Ladakh and to have been the holy place of the Bon-chos the advent of Buddhism. Afternoon picnic lunch at the Lamayuru village. After Lunch, explore Lamayuru village on foot, then we drive back to Uletokpo camp.
  • DAY 07: Uletokpo Camp - Leh enroute Likir Monestry
    After a early tea/coffee, we drive to visit Ridzong Monestry. The track to Ridzong leaves the main road along the Indus at Uletokpo, between Saspol and Nyurla and follow the valley of a tributery stream, we leave the vechile and set on foot a kilometer upthe valley to Ridzong Monestry. Ridzong is is the only Nunnery Monestry in Ladakh. After that we descend, to drive back to our campsite, followed with breakfast. After breakfast we start our drive to Leh, enroute visit the Likir Monestry set up on a hill top of a low hill, it was re-founded in the 15th century by the Gelupa Sect(Yellow Sect). After that we continue our drive on the left bank of the Indus river to Leh. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon/Evening at leisure.
  • DAY 08: Leh - Saboo - Leh
    After breakfast, we drive to Saboo village to see the village life of Ladakh. We visit the Local Buddhist house to see the private chapels and also visit the traditional Kitchen and get a demonstration of preparing Gur Gur tea(Local tea mixed with milk, butter & salt). Afternoon picnic lunch at a local house, then continue to drive back to Leh. Evening free to exlore the local market of foot / at leisure.
  • DAY 09: Leh - Stok - Tibetan Handicraft
    After breakfast, we drive to visit the Stok palace, the former residence of the Royal family of Ladakh. We visit the museum in which the family's heirlooms and relics are displayed, a piogant evocation of Ladakh's vanished past as an independent kingdom. Ladakh well known as SOS Village. We visit the Tibetan Handicraft Centre / Tibetan school. After that we continue our drive to Leh. We then drive to Choglamsar, which is the largest settlement of Tibetan refugee, Village in Afternoon free to explore/at leisure.
  • DAY 10: Leh
    After breakfast, being the last day optional visit to the local market .
  • DAY 11: Fly , Leh - Delhi
    After early breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in Leh for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be met by our representative and transferred to a hotel. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure.

  • DAY 01: Srinagar - Kargil
    After early breakfast depart for Kargil (204 Kms). Over night stay in hotel.
  • DAY 02: Kargil - Uleytokpo
    After Breakfast drive for Leh (235 Kms - & District Headquarters of Ladakh Region at an altitude of of 3500 Mts.) enroute visiting the monastery of Mulbekh & Lamayuru & passing through Namikala & Fatula Passes, The highest pass on the Srinagar- Leh road. Over night stay & all meals.
  • DAY 03: Uleytokpo
    Later drive for Alchi Gompa, The most beautiful Gompa of Ladakh also called the Jewel among the centrals Ladakh's religious sites. Its known as Chos-Kor, or religious enclave. It comprises five temples which are noted for its massive Buddha Statues and lavish wood carvings and art work for its mural dating from 11th to 12th centuries, Pre-date the Tibetan styles of painting that is present in all other Gompa's . Drive 3 Km from to Rizong Gompa. It involves 2 Kms of walk to reach main gompa situated deep inside the narrow valley. Return to Uleytokpo camp for all meals & over night stay.
  • DAY 04: Uleytokpo - Leh
    Morning free to explore the surroundings. After lunch proceeded to Leh & enroot visit Likir Gompa. Likir Gompa which is situated at the head of the village of the same name, which straggles down the valley of a side-stream flowing into the Indus between the Basgo & Saspol. It seems to have benn founded in 12th century. It is the seat of the Ngri Rinpoche, an incretion at present embodied in the younger brother if Dalai Lama. Arrive Leh and check in at Hotel Kang-Iha-chen for overnight stay & meals. PM to walk upto Samker Gompa & Leh Bazaar. Samker Gompa is little up in the valley 3 Kms from Leh town, Which is open for visitors in morning and evening only. The Gompa belongs to the yellow-sect & was founded in 18th cetury. The Gompa is the seat of Head Lama of Ladakh and founder of Yellow Sect, Tson-Kha-Pa, The temple walls have painted of figures included Sakyamuni, Avalokiteshwara, Tson-Kha-Pa and green Tara. After Samker, Visit Leh temple & walk back to Leh bazaar trhough the famous Leh Polo Ground. Overnight & all Meals in Hotel.
  • DAY 05: Leh
    Full day return trip to Shey, Hemis & Thiksey Gompa with pack lunch. Hemis Gompa is the largest and richest Gompa in Ladakh, it Nestles into the mountain side a little way up a aglen in the mountains of Zanskar range. Hemis was founded in 1630s by Tsang-Ras-Pa under the ruyal patronage of Singge Namgyal built the more imposing palace complex and barren plain to the north of the road. Thiksey is one of the largest and most impressive Gompa. There are several temples in this Gompa containing images stupas and exquisite wall paintaings. It also houses the two storied Bhudda which has the main prayer hall around its shoulder. Return to Leh for all meals and over night stay.
  • DAY 06: Leh-Nubra
    Early morning leave Leh for 3 days trip to Nubra Valley passing through Horzey and Gangles village. The road then rises to reach Khardungklla (5602 Mts) the worlds highest motor able road and enjoy the landscapes and the beautiful birds eye view of the Leh town. Halt for a picnic lunch at Khardong village + Another 35 Kms drive takes to Khalsar at Shyok Valley, were the scenery is all round. The road crossing the Khalsar Bridge at Shayok river enters Nubra valley & the proceeds along the Nubra . River to arrive in the afternoon at Tegar or Kyegar as locally called. Meals & overnight.
  • DAY 07: Nubra
    Full day visit to Deskit & Hunder village. Deskit, The HQ town of Nubra valley. Driving for 30 Kms takes to Khalsar Bridge. Deskit is the administrative HQ's of Nubra valley. But the historical and tourist ponit view, Deskit is famous for 515 years old Bhuddist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire valley. Further drive from Deskit to Hunder, another 15 to 20 Kms drive . At Hunder you may see a few double dumped Humped, Hairy camels. Later drive back on the same road towards Sumur to PANAMIK for Hot springs. The road after continues to Siachen Glacier, Which is accessibility to army personal only. Return to Lhari-Mo North camp. Meals and overnight stay at the camp.
  • DAY 08: Nubra – Leh
    After breakfast, Drive back to Leh from the same route + arrive Leh & check - In at your hotel for overnight stay and all meals.
  • DAY 07: Leh
    Morning half day sight seeing of Phayng & Spituk Gompa 8 kms from Leh, Sppituk stands majestically atop a hillock overlooking the Indus Valley for miles. Many icons and fine "Tangakas" are to be found in this 15th century monastery. It also houses a collection of ancient masks, antique arms and is inspiring images of "MAHAKALA". The face of the Kali image is kept covered and revealed only at the annual function in January after every two years. Visit to Phyang Monastery, which is 17kms from Leh, Build by Tashi Namgyal n 16th century A.D. Afternoon visit STOK Palace museum which displays fabulous period costumes and jewelry of the royalty along the exquisite Tanghakas representing the life of the Sakya-Muni Bhudda. Interesting historical objects.like coins, seals, armour, weapons, precious, jade, and porcelain. All meals & overnight saty at hotel.
  • DAY 07: Leh – Delhi
    In time transfer to airport to connect the flight for Delhi. Depart: Leh by Jet Airways/Sahara /Indian Airlines. Arrive: Delhi by Jet Airways/Shara/Indian Airlines

  • DAY 01: Delhi - Amritsar
    Leave by train/Coach and arrive Amritsar at the lunchtime. Meeting and you will be transfer to the hotel. Afternoon visit Golden temple and Wagha border to see the sunset flag ceremony, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 02: Amritsar - Dharamshala
    Six to seven hours drive will take us to Dharamshalla and arrive at the noon. Afternoon visit Dalai Lama Monastery and the market of Mecleod Ganj, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 03: Dharamshala - Shaimla
    Full day drive will take us to Shimla and arrive in the evening, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 04: Shimla
    Day to visit Mall road, museum & Kufri, and time in connection with formalities for the inner line permission overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 05: Shimla - Sarahan (183 Kms)
    Mor This is our first day for the adventure and full day drive to via Narkanda and Rampur finally; we reach Sarahan, whicr commands a view of Srikhan Mahadev Peak. A mixture of Hindus and Buddhist architecture and you may visit anciem temple of Bhimakali, overnight at Hotel/Tents.
  • DAY 06: Sarahan - Sangla (55 Kms)
    The Baspa valley is the prettiest valley in Himachal drive via Karchham 32 Kms and reaches Sangla built on a slope with the houses rising one above the other with Gigantic Kinnar Kailash peak dominating the scene, overnight in Tents.
  • DAY 07: Sangla - Kalpa (51 Kms)
    Drive from Sangla to Kalpa 2759 Mtrs, which is the district; headquarter of Kinnar once a favorite haunt of Lord Dalhousie. In front of Kalpa is an impressive view of Raldang Kailash massif across the Sutlej River, overnight in Tents.
  • DAY 08: Kalpa - Tabo (145 Kms)
    Drive to Yangthang, which is 86 Kms, and arrive tabo after 27 Kms drive from Sumdo. The ancient village Tabo 3050 Mtrs situated on the left bank of river Spiti. One of the most famous Buddhist monasteries regarded the seat next to the Tholong Gompa in Tibet. The monastery contains large number of scriptures and pieces of art, wall painting and Stucco.it is Know as Ajanta of Himalayas, overnight in Tents.
  • DAY 09: Tabo - Kaza (47 Kms)
    Leave Tabo one and half hour drive reach Dankar Gompa and continue drive to Kaza situated at 3600 Mtrs. At the foot of steep ridges and on the ieft bank of river Spiti is the Ki Monastery, which is the biggest monastery in Spiti and is located between Kibber and Kaza. hundreds of Lamas receive their religious training in this monastery and is famous for its Murals and books, Afternoon visit the monastery of Ki and Kibber, overnight in Tents.
  • DAY 10: Kaza - Keylong (187 Kms)
    Drive from Kaza Kunzumla pass 76 Kms which is (4590 Mts) highest pass on Spiti Lahaul road and drive to Khokhsar another 45 Kms drive will take us to Keylong and visit the town, overnight at Hotel/Tents.
  • DAY 11: Keylong - Sarchu (116 Kms)
    From this day, we drive on Leh route and the road winds through extensive fields and long river of Bhaga on the way we stop at Darcha for Passport check. Darcha is the base point for many different trekking routes. Continue drive to Baralachla pass 4883 Mtrs. There is a lake known as Surajtal and it is worth to stop here for pictures. Finally, we reach Sarchu, which is the boundry line between Himachal and Jammu And Kashmir State. Tonight our camp will be at an altitude of 4200 Mtrs Moreover, it will be the coldest night during the whole tour, overnight in Tents.
  • DAY 12: Sarchu - Leh (255 Kms)
    A Leave early morning drive through Lachungla pass 5065 Mtrs. Rugged in the middle of mountains. At lunchtime we stop at Pang from here there are chances to see tiny colonies of Marmots on the Morea plains a streatch of 45 Kms. Finally, we reach the second highest road Tanglaangla pass 5350 Mtrs. Finally, we reach Leh in the evening, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 13: Leh
    Morning at leisure afternoon half day excursion to Spituk, Phyang and Shanker Gompa, Overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 14: Leh
    Full day tour of Shey, Thiksey and Hemis Monastery, It is interesting to start early morning to see the praying ceremony at Thiksey. Return to the hotel in the evening, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 15: Leh
    Morning half day tour of Stok Palace / Museum and on the way back visit Tibetan refugee Camp at Choglamsar, Afternoon visit by foot to King's Palace and Tsemo Gompa which commands magnificent view of the Leh town, overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 16: Leh
    Today is the last day of our tour one may visit to Srinagar by road / flight or fly Back to Delhi.

  • DAY 01: Arrive Delhi
    Arriving Delhi - The capital of India. Meet and Greet at the Airport. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
  • DAY 02: Delhi
    After Breakfast, proceed for full day combined city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi visiting Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Parliament House, President House, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat. Evening witness "Sound & Light" show at Red Fort to get a glimpse of the History of the Fort. Overnight at the hotel.
  • DAY 03: Delhi - Leh
    Early morning check out and transfer to Domestic Airport to connect flight to Leh. Breakfast on board. On arrival at the airport you are transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to acclimatize. Evening enjoy a short walk around the Leh bazaar to enjoy the nature life of the people. Overnight at hotel.
  • DAY 04: Leh
    Morning after breakfast, visit to the Stok Palace and Museum and on the way back visit the Tibetan Refugee Camp at Choglamasar. Afternoon visit the King's Palace and Tsemo Gompa. Overnight at hotel.
  • DAY 05: Leh
    Early morning after breakfast, visit the Thiksey Monastery to witness the praying ceremony. Thereupon visit Hemis Monastery and the Shey Palace. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
  • DAY 06: Leh - Chumathong - Tso Moriri Lake
    Morning after breakfast,check out and drive to Chumathang halting en route at Upshi for passport checking. Chumathang is famous for its medical hot spring and people visit here for medical bath. Visit the Chumathang Monastery. Drive on to Maha Bridge the main checking point to enter into this new area. From here the road is rough. Visit the Sumdah village. Drive on another 55kms and you reach Tso Moriri. Check into Camp. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Camp.
  • DAY 07: Tso Moriri
    Morning after breakfast, visit Korzok village and its Gompa that appears like a mirage. Afternoon a visit around the Lake. Overnight at Camp.
  • DAY 08: Tso Moriri - Leh
    Morning after breakfast, check out and drive towards the Puga Valley and visit Mahe village. The village is an unforgettable scene of shooting fountain and white clouds hanging upon. This is Butane gas for which Puga valley is famous. Drive on to Tsokar via Polokongka Pass (13500feet) and visit Tsokar (the Small Lake) and the Thugke Gompa. The place is famous for wild asses. From here a short drive brings you on the National Highway route (Leh - Manali). Continue drive towards Leh via the Tanglangla Pass (5350m), which is the second highest motorable pass in the world. Arrive Leh in the evening and check into your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
  • DAY 09: Leh
    After breakfast, take a half-day excursion to Spituk and Phyang Monastery. Afternoon visit the Shanker Gompa. Overnight at hotel.
  • DAY 10: Leh
    Early morning check out and transfer to Airport to board the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
  • DAY 11: Delhi
    After late breakfast, check out from the Hotel. Day for shopping and visiting Lotus temple, Delhi Haat, etc. and transfer to International Airport for onward destination

  • DAY 01: Arrival Leh
    Arrive Leh airport and assisted transfer to pre booked hotel/Houseboat for stay.
  • DAY 02: Leh Sight seeing
    After breakfast at the hotel proceed for the tour of Leh including Shey Palace, Theancient capital of Ladakh, Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism.
  • DAY 03: Leh Sightseeing
    After a relaxed morning and breakfast at the hotel leave for the trip of Leh including Spituk Gompa - contains 100 monks and a giant statue of Kali, Gurudwara Shri Patthar Sahib - built in memory of Guru Nanak Devji and the Magnetic Hill which is also known as mystery hill or a gravity road. Return back to hotel in the evening for night stay.
  • DAY 04: Leh - Nubra Via Khardungla Pass
    After breakfast at the hotel proceed towards Nubra Valley which is at the average altitude of the 10,000 ft. above the sea level. The common way to access this valley is to travel over the Khardungla from Leh. Arrive Nubra and check in at The Silk Route Cottages. Evening Bonn fire and star gazing from Silk route compound [Nubra Valley Tour] with professional telescope installed at the Resort. Overnight at The Silk Route Cottages. This beautiful fertile valley was an important halting place for the ancient traders trading in silk in Tibet, China and India. Thereby, this came to be called the silk route.
  • DAY 05: Nubra Sightseeing with camel safari
    After breakfast proceed to visit The Diskit Monastery, which is 350 years old, is the main attraction of this village, which houses a Maitreya Buddha statue, paintings, drums and Tibetan colour-patterned silk. proceed to Hunder to visit the village and Hunder Gompa. Enjoy Camel camel ride through the sand dunes and scenic valleys to Diskit. Overnight at the Silk Route Cottages.
  • DAY 06: Nubra sightseeing
    Morning walk to Samsthaling monastery - popular Buddhist religious site located at the Sumur Village, Panamik - the hamlet of Panamik is popular for a hot water spring. After lunch visit Insa monastery - Ensa Gompa is a 250-year-old monastery, located near Panamik Village. Drive back to your hotel for night stay.
  • DAY 07: Nubra – Leh
    Aftera relaxed morning and breakfast drive to back to Leh. You may visit loval markets of Leh in the evening. Night stay at the hotel in Leh.
  • DAY 08: Airport Departure
    In time, assisted transfer to Leh airport to board flight towards your onward destination.

  • DAY 01: Delhi - Manali
    Transfer to railway station for supper fast train to Chandigarh.-3 hours . Arrive Chandigarh, meet upon arrival and drive straight to reach Manali (1920M) by covering 338 kms. Arrive Manali and check into hotel for overnight stay.
  • DAY 02: Manali - Sarchu (222 Kms)
    Early morning pickup from Manali Hotel and head for Sarchu, driving across Rohtang Pass (13050 ft) and passing through Keylong, Jispa and Dracha and then cross the Baralacha Pass (16020 ft) to arrive at Sarchu in the late afternoon. Overnight in fixed camp at Sarchu.
  • DAY 03: Sarchu - Tsomoriri lake (198 Kms)
    After early breakfast leave for Tsomoriri lake en-route crossing Nakeela and Lachalung-la Pass (16,617 ft.). Break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through SkyangchuThang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kms) and then crossingTsokar lake (1300ft) . Reach Tsomoririlake by evening. Overnight at Camp.
  • DAY 04: Tsomoriri - Leh - Via Chumathang Hot spring approx (200 kms)
    After breakfast follow the road across sumda reach at Chumathng over lunch reach by leh. Overnight in hotel.
  • DAY 05: Leh local Sightseeing
    After leisurely breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery & Stok Palace Museum.
  • DAY 06: Leh - Pangong Lake (150 kms.)
    Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 145 kms, located on the Indo China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft). After full day of sightseeing around the Lake check-in at fixed tented camp near the lake at Spangmik or drive back for 30 kms to Tangtse and check into Hotel / Guest House for overnight stay.
  • DAY 07: Leh - Khardungla - Nubra Valley (125 kms.)
    After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area and SamstalingGompa. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit / Hundar for overnight in a fixed camp or hotel.
  • DAY 08: Nubra Valley - Leh
    In the morning visit / explore Deskit, Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight at the hotel.
  • DAY 09: Leh - Alchi
    After leisurely breakfast drive down the Indus Valley on the first leg of your journey to Kargil& Srinagar. On the way, visit Hall of Fame, GurudwaraPathar Sahib, Magnetic Point, Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers) and then the 11th century Alchi Choskor, oldest surviving monastic complex famous for its wall frescoes and architecture - a UNESCO listed heritage site. Overnight at resort.
  • DAY 10: Alchi - Lamayuru - Kargil (135 kms.)
    After breakfast leave for Kargil, enroute visiting the dramatically located Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining "Moonland" hills. On the way to Kargil you can view the 9-Mtrs. tall rock sculpture of the Maitreya Buddha at Mulbek (7th –8th century AD).Overnight in hotel at Kargil.
  • DAY 11: Kargil - Sonamarg - Srinagar (205kms)
    Early departure for Srinagar driving through Drass (famous as the second coldest inhabited place in the world) and crossing theZoji-la Pass (11,500-ft. / 3,505 m) to reach hill station of Sonamarg from where it's smooth driving through the beautiful Kashmir countryside to reach Srinagar. Overnight in hotel at Srinagar.
  • DAY 12: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
    Full day sightseeing in Srinagar. Proceed to visit the famous Mughal Gardens "NISHAT BAGH"and "SHALIMAR BAGH" & "Shankaracharya Temple" atop the hill called Takht-e-Suleiman by cars. Evening enjoy a shikara ride in the serene Dal lake waters. Night hault in Srinagar.
  • DAY 13: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
    Morning leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola) for mountain ride upto khilangmarg. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Overnight in deluxe houseboat..
  • DAY 13: Departure Srinagar
    Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back.
